## 3. Refund & Returns Policy (60-Day Money-Back Guarantee)

We stand behind our products with a **60-day money-back guarantee**.

**Our guarantee.** If you're not satisfied within 60 days of your delivery date, contact us at hello@joinmargaret.com for a full refund of the product price — even if the bottle is opened. You don't need to return the product unless we request it.

**How to request a refund.** Email hello@joinmargaret.com with your order number and the reason for your request. We'll process approved refunds to your original payment method within 1–2 business days of approval. Your bank or card issuer may take additional time to post the refund.

**Damaged or incorrect items.** If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, contact us within 14 days with a photo and we'll send a replacement or refund at no cost to you.

**Subscriptions.** Refunds on subscription orders follow the same 60-day guarantee for your most recent order. Cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date.

**Statutory rights.** This guarantee is offered in addition to, and does not affect, any mandatory consumer rights you may have under applicable law.

**Exclusions.** The guarantee applies to purchases made directly through joinmargaret.com.
