## 2. Terms of Service

These Terms of Service govern your use of joinmargaret.com and your purchases from the Join Margaret brand, operated by HERACLES MARKETING (SAS). By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

**Eligibility.** You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority where you live) to purchase.

**Products & health disclaimer.** Our products are dietary supplements. *These statements have not been evaluated by the Food and Drug Administration. This product is not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, or prevent any disease.* Consult your physician before use, especially if pregnant, nursing, taking medication, or managing a medical condition. Individual results vary.

**Orders & pricing.** Prices are displayed in US dollars (USD, $) unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order and to correct pricing errors.

**Subscriptions (if offered).** Subscription orders renew automatically at the interval selected until cancelled. You may cancel future renewals anytime before the next billing date via your account or by contacting hello@joinmargaret.com.

**Right of withdrawal.** Where mandatory consumer law applies, you may have a statutory right of withdrawal. Note that for hygiene/health reasons, sealed supplements that have been unsealed after delivery may be excluded from withdrawal. This does not affect your rights under our money-back guarantee (see Refund Policy).

**Intellectual property.** All Site content is owned by HERACLES MARKETING and may not be used without permission.

**Limitation of liability.** To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Services or products. Nothing limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

**Governing law.** These Terms are governed by the laws of France. Disputes fall under the jurisdiction of the competent courts of Paris, subject to any mandatory consumer protections in your country of residence.
