## 4. Shipping Policy

**Free shipping.** We offer **free standard shipping on all orders** within the United States.

**Processing time.** Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Orders placed on weekends or holidays are processed the next business day.

**Delivery time.** Estimated delivery is **2–5 business days** after processing. Delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed.

**Tracking.** You'll receive a tracking number by email once your order ships.

**International shipping (if offered).** International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, and fees, which are the responsibility of the recipient. Delivery times vary by destination.

**Lost or delayed packages.** If your package is significantly delayed, or marked delivered but not received, contact us at hello@joinmargaret.com and we'll help resolve it.

**Address accuracy.** Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout. We're not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrectly entered address.
